REF: FTC Consumer Restraints in connection with creating or delivering checks as 
     described in Case No. 06-CV-1952 JLS (JMA) U.S. District Court, Southern District
     
Dear Chairman Liebowitz,

    We are or intend to become users of VersaCheck / Quicken / QuickBooks Peachtree 
    software, to manage our business finances, bank accounts and print checks on behalf 
    of ourselves and for our customers. G7 has pointed out that we are required to validate 
    bank accounts and verify identity before creating or delivering checks in using any 
    of the above applications and any other tools or services which assist in the creation 
    or delivery of checks. G7 references a court ruling dated January 7, 2009 issued by 
    the Court referenced above, which was issued based on an FTC complaint.
    
    We would like your confirmation in writing that as a result of the FTC complaint 
    and the court order we are affected and required to validate bank accounts and verify 
    our identity before affected manufacturers and publishers are permitted to grant us 
    the authority to use or continue using software and other tools to create checks 
    drawn on our and those of our customer’s accounts, where authorized.
